Important COVID updates to clients

Face to face consults are back! We do still have some restrictions in place to remain COVID safe: 

  • ONE client per family will be able to come into reception with their pet. 
  • MASKS must be worn for entry into the building
  • QR code check-in will still be required
  • COVID-19 VACCINATION certificates will need to be shown to enter consult rooms. 

 We are happy to continue to provide contactless consults for those who prefer to continue this service. 

IMPORTANT: If you’re not feeling well or if you may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask you 

  • Arrange for someone else to bring your pet in, or
  • If your pet is scheduled for a wellness visit and isn’t sick, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
